Magic -- 10 min rule
The 10 min rule for magic is very simple.
Any spell a spellcaster may cast can be cast it the caster is willing to take 10 min plus teh casting time of the spell to cast it. doing so does not count against the spellcasters normal allotment of spells for that level and if he or she has it prepared it does not get removed from the spellcaster’s mind. It also is not removed from the spellbook and so it is available again in the future for use.
Note: Spellbooks in this campaign are not magical. They tell the character how to tap into, channel, store, and release magical energy to create the desired effect. Most of the time this information is written in a way that the original owner understands.
